What you'll get
This skill turns a tough question into a structured debate between AI personas modeled on 18 thinkers, from Socrates and Sun Tzu to Charlie Munger and Daniel Kahneman. Each one analyzes the problem independently, then they challenge each other before a chairman writes a final verdict. Founders and leaders get a decision memo with a recommendation, points of disagreement, a dissenting view, warning signs to watch, and a concrete next step.

Step 3 — Try these prompts
Once the skill is installed, ask your AI things like:
- Facing a high-stakes or hard-to-reverse decision, like pricing or entering a new market
- You want your thinking stress-tested from angles you would not consider on your own
- You need a written rationale with risks and a clear next step to share with your team
What this skill does
- Picks a fitting panel of thinkers for your question, such as strategy, risk, product, or decision-making
- Has each persona analyze the problem on its own before seeing the others
- Runs a cross-examination round where the personas challenge each other's reasoning
- Writes a verdict with a recommendation, vote tally, minority report, and unresolved questions
- Offers a quick mode and a two-person debate mode for smaller decisions
